Following a life-altering spinal cord injury, Isaac faced the challenge of learning to walk again. This pivotal period of intensive rehabilitation wasn't just about regaining mobility; it was a profound discovery of how physical fitness serves as the bedrock for all other pursuits. Through sheer determination and consistent effort, he realized that staying in peak shape is not just a choice, but a necessity for living a life without limits.
Today, Isaac’s training is engineered for performance on the golf coiurse. His current routine focuses on functional fitness with a heavy emphasis on golf-specific muscle groups—enhancing rotation, stability, and explosive power. He hits the gym 4 times per week for strength and mobility work, complemented by cardio sessions 2 times per week to help maintain his desired physic and still be able to munch on some chocolate bars here and there.
